Langeliers from Springfield Oregon , is a metal artist who specializes in making wall sculptures. Eric has been cutting and welding since taking high school shop classes. Eric uses a plasma lead torch to cut out the larger pieces such as land, water and wildlife, and use an oxygen-acetylene cutting torch for more detailed work such as trees.

Langeliers, 27, has been creating metal art for the last two years. He opened a shop in Goshen where visitors are welcome to watch him work, but he has no art on display there. He became a full-time artist after working as a millwright.

Langeliers has been a hunter and fisherman since he was a youngster and he's now turning the memories of those experiences into his metal art. He said his favorite piece is an eagle with a fish in its talons.

"I just started messing around in the shop and kind of said, 'Hey, I can do this,'" he said.
